Good health means leading a life in a healthy manner with no stress, eating healthy foods, doing meditation, and exercise. Nowadays most of us so busy that we forgot to keep an eye on our health. People are busy at their work in office or business. Also using a mobile phone plays a key role in not maintaining proper health. Because we often spend too much time using a mobile phone that we forgot to practice healthy habits. Often people sleep late at night and wakes up late in the morning that is mostly due to addiction with mobile phone and social media. Although mobile phone makes our work easy but it is to be kept in mind that don't get too much addicted so that you don't have enough time to practice healthy habits. So, the followings are few healthy habits that you can try for good health -

Sleep enough

Lack of sleep makes you feel tired and your concentration levels in any work may go down. In general, healthy practice is sleeping for at least 6-8 hours daily. Increased risk of kidney disease, heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, and stroke are associated with long-term sleep deficiency. So, sleep is important for maintaining good health.

Wake-up early

For your good health breathing fresh air in the early morning is needed. Waking up early is very important because it is known that early morning is the most productive time as you can do things without any interruptions. By waking up early in a quiet environment you can easily plan your whole day.

Drink water

After waking up in the morning drink a glass of water, which can boost up your energy levels. Daily drink 3 liters of water for your good health. Water contributes 60% in the composition of our body. These bodily fluids function for digestion, absorption, creation of saliva, circulation, maintenance of body temperature, and transportation of nutrients.

Do meditation

Daily few minutes do meditation to relax your mind and for your good health. Meditation helps in reducing anxiety and stress and that is very important as far as mental health goes.

Do some exercise

Eat breakfast

Go outside

Daily few minutes go outside when the sun is out. Sun provides us with a natural source of vitamin D and that is very essential for our health. Also going outside and meeting your friends is good for your mental health.

Include Fruits

You should include fruits in your daily diet, it keeps you healthy. Fruits that can be included in your regular diet are - avocados, apples, bananas, strawberries, oranges, grapefruit, grapes, lemons, kiwifruit, mango, etc.

Include Vegetables

You should take healthy vegetables regularly. Vegetables that can be included in your regular diet are - bell peppers, asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, cucumber, onions, garlic, tomatoes, etc.

Exclude junk foods

Junk foods are mainly high in refined sugar and fat, with little protein, dietary fiber, minerals, vitamins. Junk foods like white bread, sugary drinks, fried foods, French fries, potato chips, candy bars, etc. should be excluded from your diet for your good health.
