Hello everyone. I am Deep Biswas, I have completed my Master's degree in Food and Nutrition from West Bengal State University in 2019. Currently, I am doing blogging as I like to help people by providing my knowledge to others.

I welcome you to my blog Deep B's Secret Diary, where I write blogs about nutrition, how to be healthy, how to eat healthily, how you can keep yourself fit. Also, I write about exercise tips and diets for exercise. Other than these for students, I also write some blogs, so that they can get proper compact study material for their studies.
